Pecan Pie and Chestnut Cheesecake
I attended a Hands-On baking workshop as I am really crazy over cheesecakes and have never bake using chestnuts or pecan before. I have seen lots of recipes from the website but still am apprehensive to try out... So this workshop just comes in like "Hitting two birds with a stone!" ; )
However I was abit disappointed as I thought the cheesecake is going to be a baked one... but then it is a cold set cheesecake. Nevermind lah!! I told myself. It is also a good experience.
