Pineapple Tarts

It is Tracy's birthday tomorrow.... I don't what to give to her as I will send her a bottle of perfume every year but this time round, I am going to make it different. She loves pineapple tarts.. so I decided to make them for her....

Rushed home after my overly long meeting and then started working on the ingredients - I played cheat abit coz I used ready-made pineapple paste from Sun Lik...

Hmm...I am very happy & impressed that they all turned out good ;)
