Charity Bake 2 (Mini Japanese Cheesecake)

After a very quick dinner (imagine 5 mins only), I started to prepare ingredients for my charity bake. I made the Japanese cheesecake and this time round, I made them really small and decided to sell them for $1. Here are the end products....




Happy to say that I sold them in just 10 mins. Everyone in church just loves the fragrance... hee hee... I am doing my 3rd charity bake this coming week... haven't thought of what to do.. but definitely something different
