I baked this cake for my colleagues' birthday. They just love it!!
175g butter
175g butter
150g Self Raising Flour
50g cocoa
1tsp baking powder
1tsp vanilla
1tsp chocolate emalco
1. Put all ingredients together and whisk well till smooth.
2. Pour into a 7' round pan and bake 180C for 40mins
Frosting
90g butter
100g chocolate
Melt the frosting and let it cool down for 1 hour before frosting the cake
