Lemon Cheese Butter Cake

Got this recipe while reading in the library during lunch time and decided to try it out... gosh it was really yummy....


Recipe goes this way:

175g butter
125g cream cheese
180g sugar
1tsp vanilla
3 eggs
1tbsp grated lemon zest
180g flour
1tsp baking powder
2tbsp lemon juice
1tbsp yogurt or milk

1. Beat butter, cream cheese and sugar till fluffy. Add in vanilla and lemon zest and stir for a while. Add in eggs.
2. Mix lemon juice with yogurt or milk and mix well. Add this mixture into the cream batter.
3. Add in flour and baking powder and mix well.
4. Pour into 2 loaf pan and bake 180C for 35 mins
