Poppy Seeds - Do you Own Them?

Just got into Aunty Yochana's blog and was surprised to find out that 4 officers from the Central Narcotics Bureau wanted her to dispose the poppy seeds she bought from Australia.

Gosh I was shocked...not that I owned them.. but I opined that poppy seeds used in baking are normally, used in moderation and would not caused harm... Perhaps the authority does not want anyone to overdo anything... "Not having it, is better than having it"...

Anyway if you happen to be in Singapore and you stay here, it is against the Singapore law to stock poppy seeds at home. If you do have them, please either dispose them or hand them to the authority to stay away from trouble.
