I have been so busy lately and hardly find time to bake... Over last weekend, sister bought a packet of pineapple tarts filling and urged me to bake pineapple tarts together with her.... here you go..our wonderful pineapple tarts..
Recipe goes this way:
465g plain flour
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2tbsp cold water
1. Cream butter till fluffy and add in flour and mix till well combined. Add in egg and water and mix well.
2. Shape into desired pattern and put pineapple tarts filling.
3. Brush with egg yolk mixture and bake pineapple tarts for 15 - 20 mins at 180C
1 egg yolk + 1tsp milk
