Besides baking, I started to pick up a very interesting hobby... ie sewing...I have never loved sewing in my life and am a little surprise that I started to love sewing

Then next come this carrot cake......topped with rich and lemon flavour cream cheese topping...
Recipe goes this way:
Dry Ingredients
350g grated carrots
100g sunflower seeds
180g plain flour
40g ground almond
1tsp baking soda
2tsp cinnamon powder
some lemon zest (about 1 heap tsp)
Wet Ingredients
4 eggs
150g brown sugar
1tsp vanilla
200g peanut oil
1tbsp lemon juice
Cream Cheese Topping
200g cream cheese
50g butter
20g icing suar
1tbsp lemon juice
The Steps:
1. Handwhisk all the wet ingredients together till well mixed.
2. Fold in dry ingredients and mix well.
3. Pour into a 7' square pan and bake at 180C for .......
