
Recipe goes this way:
10 chicken wings
Glazing - Honey and Apple Cider Vinegar
Marinate
3 shallots (chopped fine)
3 garlic (Chopped fine)
1 knob of ginger (chopped fine)
1 1/2tbsp meat curry powder
1tbsp turmeric powder
1tbsp oyster sauce
1 1/4tsp white distilled vinegar
1tsp salt
1. Marinate chicken at least 5 - 6 hours or overnight
2. Place chicken wings on tray lined with aluminium foil.

3. Glaze with the honey & vinegar mixture and baked at 200C for 15 mins. Overturn chicken wings and then glaze again and bake for another 15 mins.
